Canadian Sociological Association Elections

The objective of the Canadian Sociological Association (CSA) is to promote the advancement of the discipline of Sociology in Canada and abroad and to expand the opportunities for sociological research, teaching, and learning in compliance with the highest ethical and academic standards. It seeks to increase public knowledge, interest and critical awareness of social structures, particularly in Canadian society, within a global system.
Our Association is governed by a team of dedicated individuals who have been elected to serve on our Subcommittees and Executive Committee. We have been fortunate to have a history of strong leadership that has helped the Association grow in membership, programs, resources, and support of the discipline. Now more than ever, can we appreciate the important responsibility elected officials have in ensuring the stability of our Association.
